  1. So is anyone else kind of speechless? It seems the Japanese have successfully created a real-3D hologram! I can't wrap me head around it... it looks like it was edited in but it is a real hologram....

This is pretty strange but cool technology nonetheless.

  5. I am definately speechless! I think its creepy also. And a waste of time...for concerts anyway. I go to concerts to see the actual person perform with their own actual voice. Not a bunch of computers. Just a thought. But I would probably go see a Micheal Jackson hologram concert if I had the chance.

  6. Christa! That made me laugh so much!
As a singer I don't like the whole "replace the singer" idea. the fact that it is computer generated note and voice takes all the talent out of music. Music is already computer generated enough with AutoTune. This just takes the talent right out.
However, if it was a real singers voice, like say The Beatles, and made a Hologram I'd be all for this! I'd love to see my favorite dead people sing!

  8. I think that the technology is really cool but I think it is definitely still really weird to go to a concert just to see a hologram. I agree with being able to bring back amazing influential singers and having them as holograms. That would be a great idea.

  9. It may be weird to have a anime hologram, but there are a lot of people who would pay to see one. I could see little girls in Canada pay to see a hologram Bratz concert.

  10. I agree with Nichole and Amanda. I would much rather see a real performer. It would sort of feel like going to a hockey game and watching people play a video game.

  11. Interesting technology, but as many others said, I think I would prefer a real person performer instead of a hologram.
